Singapore July 17th, 2018 – The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Singapore has unveiled its new leadership with the election of Joe Nguyen, SVP APAC, comScore as Chair and Laura Green-Wilkinson, Regional Director APAC, Marketing & Communications, Dentsu Aegis Network as Vice Chair who will join IAB Singapore CEO Miranda Dimopoulos to form the Executive Committee.
“Joe has been involved with the IAB since its inception and has been pivotal in our growth in Singapore and growing demand across the wider region,” Dimopoulos shared “His experience and insights are perfectly positioned to continue to build on our growth and industry leading initiatives. Laura has been the driving force behind our relationship at a group level with Dentsu Aegis Network as well as shaping our messaging and initiatives to be truly Asia first. I’m looking forward to another exciting year as we continue to elevate everything we do.”
Nguyen shared “Over the past four years I have seen the IAB reinvigorated and become an essential support system for the industry under Miranda’s leadership. Working closer together with her and Laura we will continue our mission to be the go to resource for the industry for all things digital.”
Green-Wilkinson added “The IAB Singapore is key to the growth of the digital industry in the region and is an invaluable resource for education, research and leadership. It was incredibly rewarding being involved last year and 2018 will be even more successful with our new strategy”
Laura Greally who joined the IAB Singapore earlier this year from CNN, where she was Digital Director SEA, India & Japan – to spearhead the Government partnership with Economic Development Board (EDB) and Workforce Singapore (WSG) to grow programmatic talent has been promoted to VP Education and Industry Initiatives. “With feedback scores of 4.6/5 for the first intake sessions, Laura has been the driving force behind the successful launch of our partnership.” Dimopoulos shared
Greally summarises “Our education events in 2018 have been exceptionally well received by the industry which have been reflected in our feedback scores and every session selling out. With huge support from the board, our members, EDB & WSG, we continue to focus on our mission to train and develop talent across all parts of the ecosystem in Singapore and the region.”
