Miranda has spent her career at the intersection of marketing, media, technology, governance and culture; translating between worlds that don’t always speak the same language. An economist with experience across JAPAC, the US and Europe, she is known for reading markets early and knowing when to push, pause or pivot.
As Regional CEO of IAB SEA+India, Miranda unites brands, agencies, publishers and platforms across seven markets, each with distinct consumer behaviours, regulatory frameworks and levels of digital maturity. She helps steer the region’s agenda on AI, CTV/OTT, measurement and commerce media, collectively creating Asia-first guidance the industry trusts for business, budget and workforce decisions. Governments in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and India also seek her counsel on digital economy and privacy policy. Her recognition includes Campaign Asia’s 40 Under 40 and Women to Watch, TikTok Awards Head of Jury, and The Drum’s Global Honours List as APAC’s only representative.

Jo brings experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, with a background spanning the digital, technology, recruitment and luxury hospitality industries. Across her career, she has worked at the intersection of brand, marketing, content, communications and community, helping organisations connect more clearly and meaningfully with their audiences.
As Head of Marketing and Member Engagement at IAB SEA+India, Jo leads the marketing strategy, member communications, content, events and brand presence. Her role spans both the strategic and the hands-on: orchestrating campaigns, designing member experiences, supporting Boards and Councils, building systems, and turning industry priorities into clear, engaging tools members can use. She is known for making things happen and describes herself as a “creative at heart”.

With 25 years of experience across APAC, Andy brings a commercial strategist’s lens to the full marketing funnel, helping companies connect brand-building, pricing, promotions, creative and media investment to measurable business outcomes.
As Strategy Director at IAB SEA+India, he works with cross-market and cross-functional teams to help companies combine data assets with strategic thinking. His expertise spans consumer purchase behaviour, below-the-line activation, predictive analytics, marketing mix modelling and single-source behavioural data, with a focus on supporting sustainable revenue growth. Having called London, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore home, Andy brings an international perspective with deep roots in the region. He became a Singapore citizen in 2023.
