Dear Members,
It’s hard to believe we are already in H2. As the Chinese proverb says 光行如箭,时光如梭, light travels like an arrow, and time like a shuttle. As the uniting platform for forward-thinking brands, agencies, publishers, and platforms driving digital transformation in Southeast Asia and India, I wanted to share some highlights of our recent progress.

Empowering the industry

We’re excited for the next era of our Regional Board. This year’s board is composed of influential leaders from Publicis Groupe, Meta, Unilever, The Trade Desk, LinkedIn, Grab, GroupM, The Coca-Cola Company and TikTok. This powerful group of industry leaders is actively defining our priorities and setting a strategic vision for the future. Each Board Member is championing critical topics like DEI, AI and automation, measurement, and social commerce.  We will keep you updated on our progress!

A Board Member also spearheads each Regional Council. The Councils are developing essential industry resources to tackle critical issues like privacy, talent development, and retail media. These collaborative efforts are shaping industry standards and solutions that will drive positive change across the region.

Expanding Your Network and Amplifying Your Voice

Our most requested event, Tiffin Time, has already facilitated over 200 connections this year. Our IAB SEA+India x WARC content series has also amplified your expertise on a global stage, with the first article featuring our Regional Board member’s insights on India garnering over 9,500 views. Look out for upcoming features highlighting insights from our Retail Media and Responsible Privacy Council discussions, as well as perspectives on AI from our members.
