tell us about magnite, what is your mission?

Magnite is the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising company. Publishers use our technology to monetize their content across all screens and formats including CTV, online video, display, and audio. The world’s leading agencies and brands trust our platform to access brand-safe, high-quality ad inventory and execute billions of advertising transactions each month.

what hero product are you most proud of at magnite?

As streaming continues to grow and advertising models mature, publishers need tools that simplify operations while balancing direct and programmatic demand. Magnite SpringServe supports this by providing capabilities such as inventory routing, customized ad experiences, and advanced podding logic, while also enabling competition between direct and programmatic campaigns. The latest version of SpringServe has unified ad serving and mediation with Magnite Streaming’s programmatic tools in a single interface. It also incorporates Magnite Access, offering a privacy-first approach to onboarding and activating audience data seamlessly across the platform. Not forgetting the advertisers, I’m most excited about the next evolution of ClearLine, to unify curation and activation across the company’s premium omnichannel footprint. This ClearLine update enables buyers and curators to discover, package, and activate inventory in one platform with the most comprehensive access to differentiated supply, unique first-party data, and content signals. Because ClearLine is built on the same underlying infrastructure as Magnite’s SpringServe, our video platform with ad serving and programmatic capabilities, curated campaigns are executed closer to the impression. This enables higher data fidelity, reduced signal loss, and stronger return on ad spend.

what do you love most about working across southeast asia and india?

My journey with Magnite has truly come full circle — beginning in Singapore, moving to India, and now returning once again to Singapore. Each chapter has been an opportunity to grow, adapt, and gain a deeper understanding of the evolving ad tech landscape across Asia. My first stint in Singapore introduced me to the region’s fast-paced, innovative environment, while my time in India offered a hands-on perspective of market expansion and cross-functional collaboration. Coming back to Singapore feels both familiar and invigorating — a chance to apply those insights on a broader, regional scale while continuing to learn from the diverse and dynamic teams that make Magnite such a connected and inspiring place to work.

what’s your favourite thing about being part of the IAB SEA+India member network?

What I value most about being part of the IAB SEA+India network is the sense of community and collaboration. It is inspiring to engage with professionals who are passionate about driving digital growth and setting standards for the region – it feels like we are learning with each other, not just from each other.

and finally, some may say, the most important question in our region – what’s your favourite food?

Nothing beats pizza, it balances creativity and structure. Pizza is a lot like work; you need the right base, a good mix of elements, and precise attention to detail to get an amazing outcome. I enjoy experimenting with different styles, from the Classic Margherita to more unconventional gourmet flavours. Pizza is something that brings people together, something I value both personally and professionally.
